Google acquired FeedBurner. Google Adsense publishers can insert the Ads in to FeedBurner Feeds.
This is a good news for Adsense publishers after Google announced that Adsense Referrals will no longer available at the end of this month.
You can create a block of ad unit, you can customize the size, color, frequency and position. Currently Google do not provide auto migration for the feed from FeedBurner to Google. Is manually now.
If you are new user, meant do not have existing feed in FeedBurner, you can burn a new feed directly in Adsense account. Just key in you feed URL, Google will burn a new feed for you.
Some of the issues for Feed in Adsense:
- Adsense for Fee is using html code instead of javascript
- Only 2 sizes available, 468X60 and 300X250
- No Auto Feed Migration
- Some bloggers reported Adsense for Feed only display in Google Reader, sometimes fail to display in other RSS readers
After Googlel announced to shutdown the Ad Referrals end of August, this is a great new for us. I hope Google Adsense will bring more ways to display ad. I stongly suggest to provide a adsense for self host email like the ad in Gmail.

Batik (pronounced ‘Bah-Teak’) is a technique used to dye fabrics. Batiking is a relatively straightforward process that often produces beautiful results.
First, melted wax is applied to the fabric in the areas that are to be free of dye. There are various methods used to apply the liquid wax, but brushing or directly pouring the wax are the most common. Once the molten wax cools, it hardens and penetrates into the fabric. Next the fabric is soaked in dye. The wax prevents dye from penetrating onto the fabric and therefore keeps those areas of fabric in their original color.
To remove the wax after the dyeing process, a solvent can be used. Alternatively, the hardened wax can be pressed out with an iron; the hot surface melts the wax it is pressed through the fabric. If a multiple-colored design is desired, the process is repeated for each color.
